Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take  between 3-7 business days. Large quantity orders should expect the timeframe to be 7-10 business days.  

Shipping Delivery:

• Shipping is calculated at checkout. 
• Rates vary and are based on the size, quantity and location that the order will be shipped to.
  
• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Handlers:

• Most orders are delivered within the 48 contiguous states and should arrive in 4-6 business days excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  
• Overnight shipping is available on for customers who ship orders with the 48 contiguous states.  Orders are shipped overnight after the lead processing time is completed or includes premade items or items sold by Krafters Kingdom from available stock.
• We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday.  We do not ship on Saturday or on any USPS Holiday.  
• A tracking number is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
